Mike Delgado has 20+ years working in digital communications and marketing roles across a variety of industries; including: education, data and analytics, publishing, animation, real estate, and recruitment.
He currently serves as Director of Social Media for Experian. He previously served as a social media instructor at the University of California, Irvine continuing education.
A highlight of his career was being invited by The White House to attend and use social channels to promote President Barack Obama’s State of the Union Address.
He earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English Literature at the University of California, Los Angeles and Master’s of Arts degree in Communications at California State University, Fullerton. He is currently working on earning a Master’s in Social Work at California State University, Fullerton and focused on studying mental health and counseling diverse populations.
In his free time, Mike loves spending time with his two teenage kids, wife, and dog (Ozzie). He also enjoys hiking, mountain biking, drinking coffee, reading nonfiction, watching goofball comedies, and studying the Bible.
